As someone who possesses an Electro-elemental Vision, Keqing is capable of using electricity-based attacks.

STELLAR RESTORATION—
🗲 Keqing throws a Lightning Stiletto, an object she has created out of electrical energy, towards her enemies, doing Electro damage. She is then capable of blinking (a short teleport) to the location of the Stiletto. For a short time after using this ability, her blade is infused with electricity, dealing extra damage to foes.

STARWARD SWORD—
🗲 Keqing deals an area-of-effect Electro attack, and then blends into the shadow of her blade in order to dash from location to location, dealing a series of thunderclap attacks to nearby enemies. The attacks strike simultaneously, and the final attack deals massive Electro damage.

ELECTRO INFUSION—
🗲 Keqing can infuse metallic items, such as her hairpin, with electricity.
